Dave Crawford is a father, grandfather, volunteer firefighter, and community leader running for Anne Arundel County Executive. He is committed to making our county a safe place where families thrive, businesses grow, and seniors feel supported again.

Meet Dave Crawford

For more than 40 years, Dave has built a career in food service sales, working with business owners and operators of every size to solve problems and help them grow and thrive. That experience taught him the importance of listening, collaboration, and the vital role that local businesses play in our communities, as well as a deeper understanding of the challenges businesses face.

As County Executive, Dave will deliver a stronger economy by supporting small businesses, keeping schools safe, protecting taxpayers, tackling the cost of housing, and ensuring seniors can remain safe and supported right here in Anne Arundel County.

Public and community service has always been at the heart of Dave’s life. For more than 35 years, he has served as a volunteer firefighter in local communities, and now leads as Chief of Earleigh Heights Volunteer Fire Company.

With his wife, Lori, a retired Anne Arundel County special education teacher, Dave understands firsthand the importance of strong education. As County Executive, He will champion both higher education aspirations and expanded trade programs so every student can succeed.

Of all his titles, Dave’s favorite is ‘Grandad.’ He is proud to be raising his family and serving his neighbors right here in Anne Arundel County.
